Flexible learning routes: measuring learning and career planning orientation competencies of students from orientation class in Piarist Vocational School of Göd

Abstract
Since 2018, Piarist Vocational School of Göd has provided orientation class in which the main curricular targets are: fostering key competencies, preparing career planning, reducing career uncertainty, and supporting professional orientation. From the start of the introduction of these changes, the Piarist Outlook Career Guidance and Labor Market Development Methodological Centre have been supporting the improvement and the investigation of measuring key competencies in learning and career choice. Also, they have been helping in the design of the career path module for the orientation class, as well as collecting data on all of these. This study presents the main findings based on the application of the instruments used to measure three competency areas in the orientation class of the Piarist Vocational School of Göd in two academic years (2019/20 and 2020/21).
