Use of a survey to measure young people's online exposure Methodological experience of a data survey among foster families
Main Article Content
Abstract
The study discusses some methodological issues that arise in research on youth media use. It focuses on an international standard interview questionnaire that was used in the Global Kids survey led by English media researcher Sonia Livingstoen. The authors used a modified version of this questionnaire, adapted to Hungarian conditions, in two Hungarian surveys. In addition to outlining the research context, the paper summarises the methodological results of these studies.
