Abstract
The study summarizes the most important phenomena of forced changeover in education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. These issues are presented in a wider, social and pedagogical context.. The research focuses on the role of digital technology in education, the selection trends in schools, the concept of digital pedagogical culture, the role of the education management, and the changing relations between the stakeholders.
