Bubbles Possibilities and Obstacles of Creating Digital Opportunities

Abstract
Social differences are closely linked to digital competencies. Under digital education, the social differences between students became more apparent. In this paper, I am introducing two problems with respect to the following questions: How does a secondary school where about 60% of students come from a disadvantaged background try to cope with the digital challenges of the present? How may the observation criterion that presumes the online filter bubble affect disadvantaged students? In 2011 Pariser gave an interesting lecture about this phaenomenon (filter bubble). According to Sunstein, thanks to social media people mainly join groups, which are in accordance with their views, however, this way they may refrain from information that might question their respective views.
