Library service displacement and what follows after the pandemic

Abstract

The focus of the study is on the reorganisation of library spaces, with a special focus on the "third place" and the pandemic period. The authors present the theoretical issues of space rearrangement, formulate the characteristics of the digital third space, and try to provide adequate answers to the questions raised by analysing the circulation and statistical data of a concrete institution (Katona József Library of Bács-Kiskun County).
