The existential perception of the pandemic and its educational sociological aspects in a higher education institution
Main Article Content
Abstract
The study focusses on exploring the subjective perception of the coronavirus pandemic. On the one hand, the research aims to unfold the psychological aspects of how students interpret and experience the changed life situation; on the other hand, it explores the sociological aspects of education by analysing student attitude on online education.
With the help of an online questionnaire, filled in by undergraduate and postgraduate students of Széchenyi István University Apáczai Csere János Faculty in Győr, we aim to explore students’ crisis perception from the existential point of view, the changes in their lifestyle during this period, and summarise their attitude on the online teaching-learning situation.
