Abstract
The post-millennium has brought a number of changes to the social life of the Croatians in Murcia. The limitation of the border is completely eliminated, the emergence of a triple-border future region is outlined. Even for a decade and a half, a region with peripheral traffic has been involved in the circulation of Europe, active social relationships with the neighboring "related" Muraköz. The purpose of our study is to present the organizational (civil, cultural, cross-border) aspects of preserving and preserving Croatian identity after the millennium. In doing so, we rely on the census data, the results of the IPA programs, the in-depth interviews with the heads of the national minority governments, and the analysis of the change in the legal environment affecting the choice of local ethnic minority self-governments, rather than our terrain experiences. The area will be treated as an integral cultural, homogeneous unit according to the cultural-linguistic division of Hungarian culture.
