Abstract
Among strategic goals of leading domestic and international organizations there are elements connecting to financial efficiency, quality of coordination, competences of employees, managers’ satisfaction. To realize these elements, managers have to improve the competences and resources and integrate them into the process of value creation. The characteristics of these organizational competences and a possible model are introduced in the paper.
