Munkaerőpiaci elvárások az egységes képesítési keretrendszer tükrében = Job hunting of graduates in the light of the standardized qualifications framework
Main Article Content
Abstract
Many experts think that one of the most progressive recommendations of the
European Union with versatile ways of application and strategic opportunities is
the European Qualifications Framework (EQF). The qualifications frameworks are
approaching to the training from the outputs instead of the inputs and they emphasize
the learning results as the decisive aspect of the process. The undisguised goal of EQF is to promote the mobility of labour force and to recognize the further demands for learning. In Hungary in the framework of the TAMOP 4.1.3 project the development work has started, the results of which were presented in Brussels by the Hungarian Institute for Educational Research and Development. The advisory board, which supervises the qualification framework has accepted the report. By analysing the report and reviewing the content of EQF, a new way of application seems to evolve. By introducing the result based approach the graduated students will be capable to formulate their knowledge more specifically and more suitably for the demands of the employers when they enter the labour market and hereby they can increase their chances during job hunting. This paper confers the most important aspects of job hunting techniques and job interviews with the opportunities provided by the EQF.
