Abstract
Human resources are thought to be one of the most important ones among the organizational resources. By its upgrading inner organizational communication and its regulation are becoming more and more important. In this way, building up, organizing and operating inner organizational communication have a determinant role in the life of organizations. Communication is a term and a lot of definitions can be found in scientific literature to define. When communicating, people want to share a piece of information, thought and/or feeling with someone. Almost all authors of literature on organizations deal with communication. There are no organizations without communication. The structural charactereistics of an organization are important determinant elements of the communicational possibilities. At the same time, the quality of communication determines the quality of operation and with its channels and mechanisms it influences the characteristics of the managing structure.
