Movement and movement development in kindergarten
Main Article Content
Abstract
The National Core Programme of Kindergarten education mentions the diverse and harmonic personality development of the age-group, the promotion of personal skills and abilities, shaping physical skills, the necessity of diverse activities tailored to the age of the children and developing a healthy lifestyle on multiple occasions. This paper focuses on exercise within the forms of activities that characterise kindergarten life, with a special emphasis on its structure and the possibilities of a playful implementation of exercises taken from the tasks featured in kindergarten physical education. Finally, I write about active games, which are an integral part of the exercise system of kindergarten physical education and my practical job. Through practical examples, I demonstrate the diverse, child-centred solutions of kindergarten exercise activities.
