Abstract

Teachers organise and control what happens in the classroom. The way how we manage students' learning is classroom management. Classroom management plays a large part in creating the working atmosphere of our class. I investigate some of the problems in teach-ing, I respond to a variety of classroom management and student management questions, such as : How can we arrange the seats to make activities more effective? How well do we know our style of teaching and our ability to interact with students? What can a teacher do to encourage the most learning?
