The appearance of the goals of keys competencies and emphasized developmental tasks in extra-curricular environmental education

Abstract
The coordination and the joint use of the theory and practice is indispensable condition of the awareness of the natural and environmental knowledge, and the evolvement of the ecological approach and conservation value consciousness in all aspects of the education. Thus, the process of evolvement of environmental awareness will necessarily establish the environmentally conscious behavior, based on the stabilé pillars of sustainability. To achieve this, the content and methodological opportunities are provided by the environ-mental pedagogy, by the synthesis of the environmental science and pedagogy. The Na-tional Curriculum sets out that the key competencies promote the personal prosperity and the development of active citizenship in the socialization process. The greatest chal-lenge of the Earth is the decreasing biodiversity. In order to be able to slow down or stop this process locally, it is essential that our students are able to understand the function-ing of ecosystems, and to recognize and save the environmental and cultural historical values in their narrower environment.
