Abstract

The methodological repertoire of teachers can be expanded by the versatility of drama pedagogy. Application possibilities colour the traditional educational methods. By using the complex drama teaching techniques participants experience the power of the relations' positive interdependence. The use of cooperative techniques enables the development of pro-social behaviour competences as well. The purpose of imaginary situations that appear in educational drama describes the exploration of roles and situations. Through the processing of the legend that unfolds before us, using genuine emotions the past and the wealth of traditions can be discovered. The 'As if situation allows us to deal with issues that impact our lives and human credulity and also uncritical respect for authority?
