Is the teaching of the Hungarian language modernin the context of Romanian curricula?

Abstract
In my lecture, I look for the answer of two question: what are the content and methodological indicators of regulation the teaching of Hungarian as a mother tongue in the current Romanian curricula rand how they reflect on current social needs. My aim is to present the educational design documents that currently regulate the teaching of the Hungarian language at the general and the secondary level, and to examine the relationship between regulation and teaching practice through their content analysis. My further research method is active participant observation, which reflects on the school work ol Hungarian teacher training teachers. As a theoretical framework 1 use the works of Sára Magyari (2005; 2006; 2015; 2017) and János Péntek (1999).
