Abstract

We examined the renovation of a market and market hall owned by the local government. The investment in the context of regional development operational program to local economic development call for a TOP-6.1.3-15 was submitted and 100% aid intensity will be realized. We examined the mechanism of investment decision with regard to the feasibility and sustainability considerations on the basis of the chosen technical solutions and the expectations of the people living there. The investment is considered to be a productive public investment.
