Abstract
Nowadays there are more and more atypical work-foim, one of them is teleworking, which has more and more significant part of labour market of both USA and EU. According to the forecast, the number of this type of workers will grow rapidly. Parallel this, human and organizational problems will arise because of typical character of this type of work.
One author of this paper is psychologist, the other one is HR-manager, both of them investigate the human and organisational problems arising from teleworking, from their point of view.
