Absztrakt
In today's total quality oriented organizations, communication processes extend
throughtout the organization in a number of different ways both formally as
well informally. Analysis of organizational communication approach involving
many areas. In this paper I examine one aspect of the internal organizational
communication - this is the informal communication. Informal communication present in every organization. The question is, what is the reason, what factors affect the operation, the informal network, mmor, gossip or grapevine what kind of role of internal communication. My research is basically the perception of organizational information flow and explore ways of including currently no formal way getting information. The reasons are revealing to look for the answer to the extent of informal communication network features can be incorporated onto the formal stucture.
