Absztrakt

One of the most important aim of production is to minimize the cost of goods besides saving the level of quality. This endeavour is typical of home dairy farms. The important factors of effective work are to have professionally qualified and experienced staff, and modern technical background. Human and material factors of production were surveyed by authors using methodical observation as well as document analysis and making oral interview with managers or owners on dairy farms of Hajdú-Bihar county. Studies have shown the changes and developments that have been carried out on the farms since the previous (2003) studies. Resources of mentioned developments were also studied which could be own source funds or tender sources. Improvement of labour productivity indexes can be resulted by this modernization. That is why authors have thought that comparing former and last indicators can be appropriate. These indicators showed efficiency of studied farms.
