Absztrakt
This paper seeks to examine the socialization within large-enterprises located in North Alföld Region. Firstly, the different definitions of organizational socialization and the importance of organizational culture in the process are analyzed. The second part of this article presents the circumstances of an examination based on questionnaire and half-structured interviews. The examination aimed to discover the onboarding process within large-enterprises from different perspectives. One question of the questionnaire was used for this paper. The question was about the measurement of the organizational socialization. The results showed that the respondents are integrated at the organizational culture on the whole, but there are significantly differences in the results on the basis of the position program. The most important consequence of the presented results is that most of the significance differences would be ceased with a well-organized and effective workplace orientation program.
