A foglalkoztatottság jellemzői és kitörési lehetőségei a hajdúszoboszlói munkaerőpiac területén

Absztrakt

This research has been done in labour market of Hajdúszoboszló, which is a predominantly rural - accessible - developing' region. The aim of this study is to explore the problems of labour employment. Data were gathered using oral interviews, analyzing statistic items and studying scientific literature. The authors brought into effect 19 interviews in 5 settlements, in the labour market of Hajdúszoboszló within the scope of EU 7 „RuralJobs" project. The interviewees were experts of firms, non-profit and decision maker organizations as well as delegates of local govemments. The gathered information and data were put in SWOT-categories then the authors chose the most important factors which were connected to employment. The authors presented their suggestions to the experts of the studied organisations hoping that their advice could be useable in other regions.
