Absztrakt
It is obvious for all of us that economic organizations are changing systems. The success of an organization depends very much how the organization can recognize changes and how can react on the procedure. It is even more important in case of economic and innovation clusters which are groupings of different organizations (enterprises, academic institutions, public institutions). Because of the fast changing environment that describes the fast changing procedures, organizations cannot afford to leave out consideration their environment and so must react proactively and vividly on changes. The cluster that is able to do it will be more effective and successful. This article is trying to find responses which are the organizations that the different cluster members work together, if the clusters know and use the tools of change management, if there is geographical explanation of the wanderings.
