Absztrakt

Objective: The fundamental principles determination of informative – analytical
securement in taking up governmental decrees as a way of manipulative technologies
neutralization in ethnic identification sphere.
Methods: of achievement the article main task in to determine the manipulative
strategies conditions and chief approaches to informative – analytical securement of
state authorities with respect to manipulative technologies neutralization in ethnic
identification sphere.
Results: new conceptual approach to erection of state authorities informative – analytical
system on the multi – level structure basis gives a possibility to generate and work upon different information streams, to accumulate and use the information in system different
levels: central (informative-analytical services of highest stale authorities), kray (kray
informative-analytical services), regional (informative-analytical department of regional
state administration) and district (district and inter-district informative –analytical
services). At connects such forms of informative-analytical work as monitoring, database
formation, information resources decumulation, prognosis of ethnopolitical dynamics
main indexes. Such hind of approach allous not only to inspect the state decrees taking
up, but to warn about different kinds of „required behaviour”.
Conclusion: taking into account the condition and the main tendency of development in
modern Ukrainian society, the investigation results application necessity in informative
securement of state authorities can be confermed. Especially it concerns to informative
securement of mast delicate sphere of public activity – ethnic identification, which is the
process of constaut demarcation of conventional inter-ethnic berders. State authorities
informative – analytical services hove to secure the power constant transparency,
to approve its sincere attitude to rights acknowledgement equality of all ethnic and
national groups representatives.
